Our Mission
ELOHIM-LCSD is a non-governmental organization registered in Rwanda as a local NGO and in the Central African Republic as an international NGO. Our mission is to carry out high-impact projects conceived and designed with local partners, involving community empowerment, impact measurement, technical capacity building, local research, advisory services and advocacy.
