Our Mission

ELOHIM-LCSD is a non-governmental organization registered in Rwanda as a local NGO and in the Central African Republic as an international NGO. Our mission is to carry out high-impact projects conceived and designed with local partners. These involve community empowerment, impact measurement, technical capacity building, local research, advisory services and advocacy.

We work with project implementers to establish impacts for communities. By doing this, ELOHIM-LCSD contributes to advancing sustainable development from the local level. We have implemented model programmes and projects as well as research in different areas of sustainability.

Our Vision

ELOHIM-LCSD's vision is acting locally to advance national and global strategies for socio-economic development. We empower mostly women, girls and vulnerable populations to own their development and improve their quality of life.

"As women gain rights, families flourish, and so do societies. That connection is built on a simple truth: Whenever you include a group that's been excluded, you benefit everyone."
– Melinda French Gates
